Welcome to week 2 of Furry Friday. We could all use another reason to celebrate the weekend, so I’m partnering with the Seattle Animal Shelter to give you a very big dose of canine cuteness. Each week, I’m profiling one of the adoptable pets at SAS. Is this your next family member?
Meet Naomi. This sweet and spunky 1 1/2-year-old Jack Russell Terrier/Chihuahua mix is part chill lap dog/part ball of energy. I got the chance to take her for a walk this week and she was an absolutely lovable young lady. She might be petite, but can keep pace with the bigger dogs and still cuddle like a champ. Plus, she looked so precious in her pink harness! According to her Petfinder profile, “Naomi can be very timid with new people. Once she feels at ease, though, she warms up quickly and is ready to cuddle and smooch.”
