My New Year’s resolution is to cook more, eat out less, and save a little money in the process. I’m not sure which will be harder for me: cooking, or squashing the temptation to eat at a different seafood restaurant in Seattle each night of the week. (I certainly know which of the two will be more comical!) So, I’m blogging my culinary adventure to keep me motivated and, hopefully, keep you entertained. I fully expect this to get messy since I put “heating up a can of soup” at the high end of my cooking range. I’ll share my triumphs, failures, and always some comic relief from Rosie. And when I throw in the towel and find a new foodie gem in Seattle, I’ll share that too. Enough talk. Lets fire up the burners and see what happens!
